Jarrell Williams is getting ready for his senior year of football with the St. James Wildcats. He and his team are coming off of an incredible 2023 season where they were the runner-ups in the Division III (Non-Select) playoffs. They lost an incredibly close to Union Parish High School 35-36 in the finals. This finish is also accompanied by an incredible regular season, only losing close games to E.D. White and East St. John.

Williams looks fondly back on the 2023 season stating "(I) loved it, had a chance to compete in the championship game, "

He and his team are looking to perform even better off of last season's performance. They look to a top contender for their division's championship in the coming season. Williams states " (Our outlook is) to get better and be better than I was the previous season,"

Williams is shaping up to be a top recruit for his senior year. He was top 5 in the state for interceptions his junior year.

Williams intends to continue playing football at the next level. He is currently undecided on where to attend, however, he states that he'll likely attend "Whatever feels like home."
