Recruiting Spotlight: Jaden Davis, DE/TE, Bossier High School, Bossier, Louisiana
Defensive end/tight end Jaden Davis of Bossier High School is a big prospect in Louisiana’s Class of 2027. Standing at 6’8’’ and weighing 260 pounds, Davis has the potential to make an impact at the next level.
Davis is new to football this season. He was a member of the basketball team throughout his high school career. He received second team all-district honors last season, and his team made it to the semi-finals.
According to Lee Brecheen, Davis is a very gifted prospect who could get some offers in either football or basketball.
“Its his first year playing football, but he’s big and athletic. He comes over from basketball and could get offers from either sport,” said Brecheen.

In the classroom, Davis maintains a 3.5 GPA, showing that he is committed to his academics as well as his athletics. Once he gets to college, Davis wants to major in sports medicine.
Davis spoke on what his coaches do for him everyday.
“Both of my coaches for basketball and football at Bossier High School are amazing. They push me every day to go get what I want, and I appreciate them,” said Davis.
Davis does not currently hold any offers for football, but he has five basketball offers so far. Davis also recently went on a visit to Kilgore Community College in Texas. Davis would like to play at either Louisiana State University or Southern Methodist University for college.
