Recruiting Spotlight: Tristan Jordan

Slidell High School’s Tristan Jordan is a three-year starter in the Louisiana Class of 2027. Standing at 6’5” and 304 pounds, Jordan’s impressive mix of size and agility make a sought after recruit.
Jordan’s physical strength is one of his most impressive attributes. He recorded a 285-pound bench, 520-pound squat, and a 260-pound power clean. He also played three years of high school basketball, which helped train his agility.
Lee Brecheen says Jordan is a big prospect who has the ability to play multiple positions on the offensive line at the highest level of college football.
“The kid can play offensive guard or tackle in college,” Brecheen says. “He has really good feet and has the talent to be a D1 or FBS player.”
Jordan plans to continue his education by taking welding courses in college.
Jordan holds offers from Nicholls State and Copiah-Lincoln, in Wesson, Mississippi. He has also attended camps ay Nicholls State and South Alabama in Mobile.
He is highly gifted in his measurables, but Jordan hopes his leadership on and off the field is his stand-out quality.
“When I get on the field, I want to be the most dominant person. I want to be the best leader,” Jordan says. “I want to be the guy coaching everybody up and making sure they get on board.”
Jordan’s father also played football at Kentwood High School.
