Isaac Jackson, Istrouma High School, Baton Rouge, LA
Isaac Jackson is a versatile playmaker out of Istrouma High School in Baton Rouge who is beginning to emerge as a name to watch in the Class of 2027. Standing at 6’1”, 185 pounds, Jackson has shown the ability to impact the game in multiple ways, lining up at quarterback, wide receiver, and defensive back.
Jackson earned Honorable Mention All-Offense honors after putting together a strong season statistically. He threw for 300 passing yards and 3 touchdowns while also making a major impact on the ground with 440 rushing yards and 7 touchdowns, highlighting his dual-threat ability and natural playmaking instincts.
Jackson embraces the challenge and takes pride in the grind.
“Playing for my school is all about hard work,” Jackson said. “We don’t have a lot of players, so guys have to play both ways—but that’s the best part about it. It’s about grinding and getting better every day.”

Louisiana Football Magazine’s Lee Brecheen sees major upside in Jackson as he continues to develop.
“A late bloomer with the ability to play multiple positions in college as a WR/QB/Safety.”
Currently holding no offers, Jackson is still early in his recruiting journey, but his versatility, toughness, and willingness to do whatever it takes for his team make him a prospect college programs should keep an eye on. With continued development and exposure, he has the tools to see his recruitment grow in the coming years.
