Team Outlook: “Our struggle will be the number of players we have to compete week in and week out,” said coach Butler. “We do have a good group of seniors and young players and also a schedule in 2026 we can compete with compared to the 2025 schedule which was a lot tougher.” “We hope to make the playoffs in the end.”
The Offense returns Quarterback Travonta Allridge 6'3" 190 pounds, senior, with a season of experience for the program in 2025. More key skill players back in the program are CB/FS Chavez Collins 5'11" 170 pounds, senior; WR/CB Charcolby Donaldson 6'0" 165 pounds with legit 4.5 speed in the forty; CB Dmiren Green 5'11" 180 pounds; RB Jaiden Gamboa 6'1" 205 pounds; WR/CB Jahine Woodside 5'7" 155 pounds; WR Tyrell Daniels 5'11" 168 pounds; and FS/WR Colby Boutin 6'1" 160 pounds.
Key Linemen and Linebackers back in the program to watch are LB Norman Porche 5'9" 205 pounds; DE Jerron Williams 5'10" 225 pounds, strong kid; OG/DT Joshua Robertson 6'0" 300 pounds; DE/RB/DT Nicholes Mosely 5'8" 230 pounds; OLB Kylan Cockerham 5'10" 180 pounds; OT Jaydon Billiot 6'0" 210 pounds; OT/OC/DT Charles Simmons 5'10" 265 pounds; OG/OC Denzell Williams 6'0" 305 pounds; and DT Omari Butler 6'0" 310 pounds, big-time Lineman on Defense.
Special Teams, starting at both Punter and Kicker, will be returning starter Enoc Padilla 6'3" 165 pounds.

Team Outlook: “We are still building and small in total number of players for a Class 4A school,” said coach Broussard. “The kids we do have are tough and work hard and we will compete to improve in 2026.” “If we as a team can concentrate on ourselves and block out all of the distractions and focus on getting a little bit better everyday we will be fine.” “Trust the process.”
After Spring, the new starting Quarterback will be Zamajh Jamison 5'8" 160 pounds, a 3-year starter as a WR/DB and one of the top athletes on the team. The Mustangs don't have a lot of Linemen/Linebackers in the program, but the players they have are really good football players, led by OG/DT Braxton Duval 6'3" 310 pounds, a 3-year starter; DE/LB Thaddeus Rohilliard 5'11" 215 pounds; LB/RB Reid Diaz 5'10" 185 pounds, a 4-year starter, leader; LB Cameron Williams; DT/OL Mason Johnson 6'3" 285 pounds; OG Donte Brown 6'2" 305 pounds; DE/OLB Brennan Mumphrey 5'11" 180 pounds, a 3-year starter; OL Shawn Washington; OL Reid Richard; and OT Wilson Gutierrez 6'2" 245 pounds, a 3-year starter.
Key skill players to watch are WR/CB Brexton Benoit 5'8" 155 pounds, playmaker with 4.6 speed in the forty; WR/RB Cemajh Myles, 4.45 speed in the forty; WR Mase Mollere; WR Jayden Wilson; Safety Omani Russer; Safety Jace McBride; CB Hayden Coupel; and Defensive End Brennan Mumphrey will also play RB for the team on Offense.
Special Teams, starting at Long Snapper, will be Karson Jones. Kicker and Punter jobs were still undecided after Spring.
E.D White Cardinals
Head Coach:Kyle Lasseigne(7th year)
2025 Record:8-4
2025 Playoffs: 2nd Round beat St. Michaels HS, and 3rd Round lost to St. Charles Catholic HS.
2026 Non District Games: Week 1 Thibodaux HS(Away), Week 2 Dutchtown HS(Home), Week 3 Hahnville HS(Away), Week 4 Archbishop Shaw HS(Home), and Week 5 Vanderbilt Catholic HS(Away).
Team Outlook: “Good nucleus of players coming back from last year's team,” said coach Lasseigne. “We do have some open spots for new starters and will need the young players to step up for us in 2026.”
The Cardinal Offense will also use more than one RB in the Offense and rotate players. Some key skill players to look for on Offense are RB/WR Reece LaFont 5'10" 180 pounds, returning starter; WR Ashton Soignet 5'9" 150 pounds; RB Owen English 5'9" 210 pounds; RB Cale Passman 5'5" 130 pounds; and WR William Piccola 5'10" 160 pounds. The Cardinals will have a new starting QB for the 1st time in 3 years, and it looks like former WR Alex Vicknair 5'11" 185 pounds will be the new leader of the team. Vicknair has a lot of athletic ability and did get some experience as a QB in 2025. The Offensive Line will be Center Reggie Rodriguez Jr. 6'0" 235 pounds; OL Harrison Oncale 5'9" 230 pounds; OG Coltyn Duplantis 5'11" 245 pounds; OG Samuel Guin 5'10" 240 pounds; OL Kade Kliebert 5'10" 185 pounds; and FB/OL/TE Wyatt Speer 5'10" 190 pounds.
Key players on Defense to look for are leader Quinn Sternfels 5'10" 195 pounds, SR; DE Alex Percle 5'9" 180 pounds; DT Owen Martinez 5'11" 250 pounds; Safety Ray Bergeron 5'10" 165 pounds; LB Jonathan Diedrich 5'9" 165 pounds; DE Thomas Foret 6'0" 195 pounds; DT Owen Daigle 5'9" 215 pounds; LB Jonah Waguespack 5'8" 170 pounds; Safety Grant Kirtpatrick 5'9" 160 pounds; and DE Channing Simoneaux 6'2" 198 pounds in the rotation.
Special Teams, the Kicker and Punting positions are still undecided going into the Summer.
Morgan City Tigers
Head Coach:Eric Holden(1st year)
2025 Record:1-9
2025 Non District Games:Week 1 Berwick HS(Away),Week 2 St.Edmunds(Away),Week 3 Carroll HS(Home),Week 5 Acadiana Christian HS(Away),Week 6 Kenner Discovery HS(Home).
Team Outlook: “Encouraged by what I have seen in a short time since I was hired this Spring of 2026,” said coach Holden. “I’ve inherited some rebuilds in my coaching career and this one is different.” “Most rebuild kids don’t buy in and will not put in the extra work but these kids are doing everything they can to put themselves in a position to be in great shape, attend workouts and be a winner.” “I am so proud of these young men for their commitment in the off season with a new coach and new everything.”
The leading candidate to be the starting Quarterback is last year's starting RB/LB Johnny Lopez, who has shown a strong arm and the ability to run the ball with power and some quickness. Lopez is 5'10" 225 pounds and could be a problem for teams trying to defend. He is a unique player with a cannon arm.
More players to watch will be DE Dekhyre Ruffin 6'3" 240 pounds, 3-year starter, leader on Defense with 4.8 speed in the forty; OG/OC Blake Bolner 6'0" 215 pounds, leader; OG/DT Phillipe Facio 5'9" 285 pounds; CB/WR Gerren Hayes Jr. 6'1" 180 pounds, playmaker and hitter on Defense; WR/Safety Jamari Gash 6'2" 195 pounds, big-time hitter; OG Austin Rodriguez 6'2" 255 pounds; WR Kade Allen 5'9" 170 pounds, playmaker; RB Tyraun Boatman 5'10" 185 pounds; OL Kemoni Conley 5'10" 250 pounds; WR Rashon Watkins 6'5" 170 pounds, newcomer, talented; DT Kemon Victor 5'9" 260 pounds; LB Edgar Lopez 5'9" 180 pounds, strong kid; WR/CB Xakyrian Ayers 5'11" 175 pounds; Safety Curran Bias 5'11" 175 pounds; new starter WR Austin Fontenot 5'8" 170 pounds; CB Tyjay Francois 5'9" 175 pounds, new starter; LB Caleb Hartman 5'10" 185 pounds, new starter; and DE Taylen Carvins 6'3" 220 pounds, a new starter. The Tigers might also be getting back QB/Athlete/WR/DB Jaryan Bias 6'1" 180 pounds, a big-time athlete who played all over in 2025/2024, and if he comes back, the team will have added depth at QB/WR/DB as a starter, either at WR or DB.
Special Teams, starting at both Kicker and Punter, will be Johnny Lopez.
South Terrebonne Gators
Head Coach:Justin Lirette(1st year)
2025 Record:5-5
2025 Playoffs:1st Round lost to Northwest HS.
Team Outlook: “ We are going back to the Wing-T Offense," said coach Lirette.” “We do return 3 starting Offensive Linemen and the Junior Class will be strong for the program.There also will be a battle at the Quarterback spot throughout the Summer & Fall.”
The Offense will have 3 Quarterbacks competing, like Coach mentioned above, Jacob Adams 5'10" 205 pounds, Adrian Kramer 5'8" 170 pounds, and Izaeah Dupre. Dupre can also play CB/WR for the team, and Adams will play some Linebacker. The Offensive Line returns 3 big-time leaders in Jaden Stewart 5'11" 292 pounds, Max Portier 6'2" 255 pounds, and Blake Pierron 5'9" 230 pounds. New starter will be Jordan Williams 5'10" 240 pounds. The run game will have a chance to be very strong, led by two talented RBs, Kevin Short 5'10" 200 pounds and RB Jaray Hicks 5'11" 215 pounds. The WR group will be very talented. All 4 players will play both sides of the football: CB/WR/FS Rayiare Fleming 6'2" 180 pounds; CB/WR Trenajh Smith 6'3" 190 pounds; DB/WR Jayden Ledet 5'4" 125 pounds; and, if he doesn't win the QB job, Izaeah Dupre 6'1" 195 pounds.
The Defense will be led by DE Dakota Boudreaux 5'9" 180 pounds, has 4.6 speed off the edge; DT Trevez Lewis 5'10" 205 pounds, new starter; CB/SS/FS Kaleb Verdin 5'10" 170 pounds, tough kid; CB/SS Shay Trahan 5'5" 155 pounds, another tough player; OLB/FB Aiden Jones 5'11" 200 pounds; LB Landen Verdin 5'8" 190 pounds; along with the WRs mentioned above.
Special Teams Kicker and Punter will be decided over the Summer.
South Lafourche Tarpons

2025 Record: 6-5
2025 Playoffs:1st Round lost to West Monroe HS.
Signees Colleges: OT/OG Sawyer Wells(Nicholls State)
Team Outlook: “We will have a few spots to fill for new starters, we lost a really special senior class from the 2025 season,” said coach Young. “We are replacing all 4 Wide Receivers from the Offense, our starting QB,RB and on Defense all 4 Defensive Backs graduated.We do return most of our Offensive Line from a year ago to build around on Offense.”
Coach talked about a spot being open for a new starting QB in 2026, and 3 players are currently battling for that spot in Jaques Billiot 5'10" 160 pounds with 4.6 speed, also could play WR; Brady Griffin 6'1" 165 pounds, athlete; and QB Bo Robert 5'10" 160 pounds, a really good athlete, and if not at QB will play some WR in 2026.
The Offensive Line will be led by SR Carter Callais 6'3" 265 pounds, 4-year starter; SR Drake Terrebonne 5'10" 245 pounds; Darius Allen 5'10" 225 pounds; OT Mason Guidry 6'5" 265 pounds; and newcomer Cy Hebert 5'11" 255 pounds. Key skill players in the mix are RB Lakin Fillinch 5'9" 170 pounds with great speed, 4.59; RB Kentrell Shephard 5'9" 195 pounds, power and speed; WR/CB Caden Myers 5'8" 155 pounds, 4.6 speed; WR/CB Taden Naquin 5'8" 160 pounds, 4.6 speed; WR Kaleb Nelson 6'0" 165 pounds, 4.6 speed, new player; and newcomer TE/WR Jaden Smith 6'3" 180 pounds.
The Defense will build around a strong Linebacker group, led by Tyler Lyons 6'0" 210 pounds, 4.65 speed; OLB Charlie Dardar 6'0" 180 pounds, 4.65 speed, tough player; college sleeper prospect OLB Ty'Reece Edwards 5'10" 220 pounds with great closing speed; LB Ryder Bruce 5'9" 200 pounds; and LB Isaiah Duncan 5'10" 220 pounds. On the Defensive Line coming back, you have DE/DT Braxton Pitre 6'1" 250 pounds; DT Wyatt Gaspard 5'9" 265 pounds; and a few young players will compete for the Defensive Line spots that are open.
Special Teams, the program returns a really good Kicker, Wilbert Cerino 5'9" 185 pounds, was 3-for-3 on Field Goals in 2025 and was really consistent, Coach told me, with extra points.
