Head Coach:Jerome Wiltz(1st year)
2025 Record:3-7
2026  Non District Games:Week 1 McKinley HS,Week 2 Scotlandville HS,Week 3 Plaquemine HS, Week 4 Brusly HS.
Team Outlook: “ We have the mindset our Motto: Mind over Matter,” said coach Wiltz. “Mind controls everything positive energy brings success.” “When I played for Cecilia High School we won a State Title in 1995/1996. That team had a mindset of playing both sides of the ball not worrying about anything but working hard and grinding, that’s what we are telling these kids to change the culture.” “We have had some strong workouts over the Spring going into the Summer.’ “Offense we will run some spread, two back, multiple and I-formations in 2026.”
I am glad Broadmoor hired from within, with Coach Wiltz being the Defensive Coordinator from 2023 to 2025 at Broadmoor High School. Some stability for the kids, I think, will pay off for this program.
The Buccaneers have a chance to be pretty good in the skill spots and a chance to be really good in the run game with 3 backs capable of giving this program a strong run game it hasn't seen in a few years, led by RB/LB Skylar Smith 5'10" 180 pounds, 4.5 speed in the forty; RB Trent Wiggins 5'10" 185 pounds; and RB/WR Jontea Williams 5'7" 163 pounds. All three of these kids can run over you and have speed to go with power. More skill players to watch are starting Quarterback Quentin Williams 5'9" 165 pounds; SS/TE Aidan Ingham 6'2" 190 pounds, most improved player on Defense with 4.6 speed or better; WR/DB Braylian Porter 5'8" 170 pounds, 4.5 speed (50 tackles in 2025); DB Shaun Davis 6'0" 165 pounds; and DB Jeremy Thierry 5'9" 180 pounds.
Key Linemen and Linebackers in the program to watch are OT Earl Thibodeaux 6'2" 282 pounds, the leader of the team, 4th-year starter; OT/DT Travarous Scott 5'10" 255 pounds, 3-year starter; Center T.J. Scott Jr. 6'1" 270 pounds; LB Derrick Aaron 5'11" 190 pounds; OL Torrance Mitchell 6'4" 262 pounds; and DT Brandon Reyes 6'1" 245 pounds.
Special Teams returning at Kicker will be Revinder Mendez 5'8" 170 pounds, has a very good leg and experience.

The Offense will have a new starting Quarterback, but not new to the program, Reggie Riley 6'0" 195 pounds with 4.6 speed in the forty, brings dual-threat QB ability to the table and has 3 years of playing experience in the program at Safety, Punter, and Wide Receiver. Head Coach:Landry Williams(9th year)
2025 Record:9-3.District 5-1
2025 Playoffs:1st Round beat John F. Kennedy HS, and 2nd Round lost to University Lab HS.
Signees Colleges:Safety Javen Holmes(Houston),OG Carnell Smith(Mississippi Valley State0,OL Darnell Smith(Missisippi Valley State),OT Sabion Sessions(Grambling State),WR/CB Keyon Robinson(Grambling State),DT Victor Hollins(Southern U),SS/OLB Christopher Early(Virginia Union),DT/OL Malachi Cage(Virginia Union),TE Malachi Dunn(Baseball UL)and LB Cannon Walker(Kentucky State).
2026 Non District Games:Week 1 Jesuit HS(Away),Week 2 University High(Away),and Week 3 Zachary HS(Home)
Team Outlook: “Motto in 2026 is: We over Me,” said coach Williams. “Put the team 1st be good teammates, go back to the old way of football and not self promoting, but team promoting and team toughness and we should be ok if we do that in 2026.”
The Chargers return two Quarterbacks that can win for this team and take snaps in Dylan Reed 6'0" 185 pounds, started in 2025, and newcomer Jacoby Shanon 6'2" 185 pounds, will get his chance also, a good problem to have for a program. The program will return one of the best 2-way starters in Louisiana in big-time playmaker senior DB/WR/QB Landon Johnson 6'2" 190 pounds, had an incredible 2025 season with over 3,000 total all-purpose yards, 7 Interceptions, 3 of those pick-6s, and threw for over 1,000 yards as a QB. Landon Johnson will be able to be more of a WR/DB in 2026, and it's scary how good he can be now that he doesn't have to play QB and can get more Defensive snaps and make more plays as a WR. The program lost a lot of players to graduation but still returns a lot of skilled, talented players on both sides of the ball like WR/CB/RB Traven Hayes 5'7" 165 pounds, senior; WR Kaden Craven 5'11" 175 pounds, 4.5 speed in the forty; RB Harlem Turner 5'9" 205 pounds; RB J'on Profit 5'10" 175 pounds; WR Dominick Harvey 5'9" 165 pounds; and RB/WR Roy Hawkins 5'9" 170 pounds, both rotating in. The Offensive Line graduated some talented players but also returns some talented players in OG Jarvis Smith 6'3" 330 pounds; OG/OC Braylan Everett 6'3" 340 pounds, recovering from an injury, should be back by the start of the season; OL Michael Robinson 6'2" 275 pounds; Center Aydin Denet 6'2" 305 pounds, leader; and new starter OT Jyron Davis 6'6" 342 pounds.
The Defense lost some talented players to college but will have a chance to be fast and strong for a Championship run, led by Landon Johnson, Safety/CB, one of the best Defensive players in Louisiana with 7 Interceptions in 2025, including three pick-6 Touchdowns. Also watch these talented players on Defense: CB Dalen Clark 5'9" 170 pounds; CB Christopher Barber 5'10" 170 pounds; Safety Jacobee Sanders 6'1" 185 pounds; LB Jaylen Smith 6'1" 215 pounds; DE/OLB Darren Wooddrige 6'3" 200 pounds; DE/DT Michael Robertson 6'3" 255 pounds; OLB Darren Early 5'10" 190 pounds; LB Elijah Carter 5'10" 195 pounds; DE Rocco Duhon 6'3" 225 pounds; LB Daelyn Early 5'10" 195 pounds; and rotating in OLB Mason Olinde 6'2" 185 pounds.

The Panthers will build around Quarterback Kaleb Brown 5'9" 150 pounds, a really good athlete with upside to become a really good player in time.

The Hornets will have a new starting Quarterback for the 1st time in 2 years in Keaven Grows 5'11" 165 pounds, a leader already with a really good arm and can run a legit 4.55 in the forty. Levingston brings the dual-threat ability to throw or run, and 2026 should be his best year as a 2nd-year starter at the position. More players back on Offense to watch are RB Deontae Camel 5'8" 180 pounds, ran for 487 yards with 7 Touchdowns; RB Gavin Romero 5'9" 170 pounds, ran for 298 yards; WR/CB Joseph Bourgeois 6'0" 175 pounds; WR/FS Seth Dorsam 5'11" 180 pounds; TE/WR Jude Sherwood 6'0" 185 pounds; RB/CB Ethan Sutton, a 2-way starter, playmaker with 4.5 speed in the forty, 5'7" 160 pounds; WR/CB Hayden Istre 6'2" 185 pounds; DB/WR Cody Doming 5'9" 130 pounds; and newcomer at WR Jack Boyles 6'0" 180 pounds.
