The Trailblazer Offense is the most talented I have seen at the school. I had a chance to see this team play in 2025 and drove to Lake Charles in May to meet the team, and I am bought in for their chances to be in position to play for a Title in 2026. The run game has more RB depth than any team in Louisiana with incredible players like RB Javon Vital 5'9" 190 pounds, over 8,000 career rushing yards going into the 2026 season and over 10,000 total yards in his career. There is also the talented Ayden Carter 5'7" 175 pounds, who runs a legit 4.45 in the forty, looks faster on the field, and is special also. They also return Jeff Nevels 5'7" 180 pounds, who ran for over 600 yards in 2025, talented player, and they have a 4th back, Lathan Royal 5'7" 165 pounds, has 4.5 speed in the forty. The program also has two talented Quarterbacks, both can win games with experience: QB Phillip Hunter 5'11" 172 pounds, rushed for over 1,200 yards in 2025, and you also have QB Dylan Vital 6'3" 225 pounds, a pro-style passer with an SEC college build. When they do throw the ball, something they really don't have to do a lot, there's the talented WR Christian Manuel 6'0" 180 pounds, 4.5 speed, playmaker; WR Myles Simon 5'8" 160 pounds, returns; and WR Jordan Levier 5'6" 170 pounds. There's also 2-way starter DI playmaker Caiden Jones 5'11" 170 pounds back with 4.45 speed in the forty or faster. Jones was All-District in 2025 both on Offense and Defense. The Offensive Line, you have OL/DL Ayden James 5'10" 265 pounds; OT/OG Jarhyn Citizen 6'5" 303 pounds; OL Chance Chretien 6'0" 250 pounds; OL Everette York 6'3" 270 pounds; Center/OG Caron Henderson 6'1" 290 pounds; OG/OT Keith Williams 5'11" 228 pounds, newcomer to the program; and OL Tristan Rogers 5'10" 230 pounds. Also, two very good blockers, starting HB/TE/FB Ja'Corey Jack 5'11" 222 pounds and TE/HB Evin Rideaux 6'1" 215 pounds.
The Defense has a chance to be the most athletic Defense in Louisiana, led by a Secondary full of college prospects: Safety Brayden Watkins 6'0" 185 pounds; CB Caiden Jones 5'11" 170 pounds; DB David Thomas 6'1" 180 pounds; CB Braedon Reed 6'2" 180 pounds; CB Koi Fontenot 5'6" 140 pounds (100 meters, 10.5 in Track); DB Dylan Williams 5'10" 160 pounds; and DB Braylen James 5'10" 169 pounds.
