Tidbits: The Trojans have not only a few starters back but an impressive 37 freshmen coming up in the program, so the future is bright for a long time. It’s been a long time since the program had a Freshman class this big.

You would think that for a Class 2A School graduating their star QB and several Running Backs would set them back wrong. This program has more depth at RB in 2025 with 5 players capable of running the football in 2025 Bird Roberson 5-7 150 2nd year, RB Traderious Wilson 5-9 165, RB Luke Carter 5-6 170, SR RB Jaden Turner 6-1 195 4.55 speed sleeper did not play in 2024, and there’s 3 year starter Athlete/RB Zylon Alexander 5-11 170 as a Freshman Alexander had 1,709 yards with 15 Touchdowns on Offense. The same can be said about the WR spot, which returns one of the best DI prospects in Louisiana for his 4th year as a starter, Desmen Jefferson 4.4 speed in the forty, with over 100 catches combined since the 2023 & 2024 season’s with 20 touchdown catches combined. Jefferson was All-District in 2023 and 2024 and has a chance to be a 3-time All-District player in 2025. Also at WR, you have talented Marquez Washington 5-9 155 with 4.5 speed in the forty, WR/DB Andrew Foster 6-1 175, a 2-way starter with 9 interceptions since the 2023 season, WR Jaden Hardaway 6-4 180, and WR Paityn Collins 6-2 180. There’s also the chance WR Robert Taylor, 6-4 185, comes back after moving to Georgia after the 2024 season. If Taylor does return, it will be one of the best WR units in Louisiana. The Offensive Line will have some size with players like Dillan Scott 5-10 200, Tristan Allen 6-0 240, the Athletic Travis Atkins 5-11 245, and 2 way starter OL/DL Rashaad Jefferson 5-8 255 leader. The new QB will be the talented Athlete Jace Harris, who at 5-10, 160 has a good arm and great feet in the pocket.

The Defense has a chance to be a really good group mix of young and experienced in 2025. Star WR Desmen Jefferson will also play some CB/Safety for team with his 4.4 speed, Safety Andrew Foster returns as a 3 year starter All District one of the best in the state, DB C.J Sheppard is back 5-10 170 All District in 2024, OLB Jabari Evans 3 year starter 5-9 195, DT Salmond Davis 6-2 205 2nd year starter, DT Samuel Davis 5-11 290 cant be blocked he’s that strong, Safety Zyion Sheppard 2nd year starter, and DE/OLB Marvin Davis 6-2 205 Sr,4 year starter back with over 18 Sacks combined since 2023 season.
