LAFM: For starters, what’s your current height, weight and forty time?

KD: I’m 5’10”, 165 and 4.4.

 

LAFM: Are you originally from Louisiana?

KD: Yes sir, Baton Rouge.

 

LAFM: Which teams did you root for growing up?

KD: Miami and Florida and LSU.

 

LAFM: When did you first start playing football?

KD: I think maybe five.

 

LAFM: Has it always been a big part of your family? Have you had any family members who played football in the past?

KD: Yes sir, football definitely runs in my family.

 

LAFM: Do you play any other sports?

KD: I run track and play baseball. In track, I run the 4x1, open-2, open-1 and in baseball I play centerfield and second base.

 

LAFM: Do you play any other positions besides running back and receiver?

KD: No, that’s about it.

 

LAFM: Which one do you feel is your stronger position?

KD: I think I’m definitely better at the slot receiver.

 

LAFM: Is there anyone in college or the Pros that you look up to or try to model your game after?

KD: Definitely Percy Harvin. I like his versatility. He can motion in the backfield, he makes people miss and he’s very versatile.

 

LAFM: What do you think is your biggest strength as a player and what part of your game are you trying to improve upon most this season?

KD: I think I would work to improve my route running. I think my strength is my ability to make people miss and my speed on the field.

 

LAFM: Have you been to any camps at this point? If so, which ones?

KD: Yeah, I went to a few in the summer. I went to Troy, Louisiana Tech, Southeastern and LSU.

 

LAFM: Have you heard from any coaches or received any offers?

KD: Yeah I have offers from Louisiana Tech, Troy, ULL and Grambling.

 

LAFM: Which schools stick out right now at the top of your list? Is playing close to home a big factor in your recruitment?

KD: I would say probably Troy. I like the coaching staff and I like how they use their receivers and running backs and the spread offense.

 

LAFM: Have you thought about what you might want to study in college?

KD: Environmental engineering.

 

LAFM: What are some goals you’ve set for next season, for yourself and for the team?

KD: My goal is to do my best for my team and just go out there and play hard every down and work harder than the next person.

 

LAFM: Which school is your favorite to play against, or which game gets you the most fired up each year?

KD: Definitely McKinley. It’s a big rivalry game for us.

 

LAFM: What are some of the most memorable games or plays you’ve been a part of?

KD: There’s two, definitely last year’s McKinley game and the win over Parkview this year which was a big win for our team.

 

LAFM: And lastly can you give us your current GPA and ACT score?

KD: My current GPA is a 3.8 and my current ACT is a 24.
