April 29, 2011 - When you watch college football this season and your flipping through the channels, make sure you keep an eye out for a rising QB from Louisiana in Munchie Legaux who plays for the University of Cincinnati. Munchie played high school football at powerhouse Edna Karr High School on the Westbank right outside the City of New Orleans. Munchie ended spring practice as the number two QB for the fall for Cincinnati, but I predict he has a chance to be the guy by mid season or sooner.
Munchie went from 6-4, 180 pounds to 6-5, 197 pounds, with a rocket arm, and great feet in the pocket, and has escape ability when rushed. Munchie Redshirted in 2010 to learn the offense and to get bigger in size which he did. I predict this kid will be a super star starting either in 2011 or in 2012, and making serious headlines in the sports page for stats and honors.
