January 19, 2010 - I had a chance to sit down with Defensive Line guru and McDonogh #35 long time assistant football coach Frank Daggs to talk about his senior recruits for 2011 class with a current update.

| Theltus Cobbins |
QB Theltus Cobbins (6-1, 190 pounds) who’s committed to Kentucky might take a visit to the University of PIttsburgh this weekend. With track coming up, If he doesn’t go this weekend, chances are he will not make a visit to anymore schools and sign with Kentucky in the end. Cobbins has been told he has a chance to play as a true freshman by Kentucky.
Star Athlete Charles Henderson (5-9, 185 pounds), who runs a legit 4.4 forty yard dash, is committed to Utah, but he’s getting calls to visit SMU and Arizona as of late. Charles who I have seen in person and on film many times is a big time player, and will show that in college. He reminds me of Demarius Johnson of Tulsa, who played at Destrehan High School in Louisiana, and has broken most of the records already at Tulsa as a WR/PR/KR/RB.
Defensive Tackle Antoine Turner (6-2, 270) has visits set up with Hampton and Tennessee State and really can play. I like his movement for a big guy and I think he’s at least mid major DI.
All State CB Devon White (6-1, 175) is Committed to the University of Louisiana at Monroe, but the University of Hawaii is trying to get him to visit this weekend. If he doesn’t visit this weekend, he will sign with ULM because track season starts after this week and he can’t take any more out of state visits. So stay tuned for this one.
WR Deltoine Scott (6-0, 190 pounds) has a visit this weekend to Prairie View College. If Scott goes to Prairie View, I predict he starts his freshman season. This kid has a NFL body and sleeper hands and speed.

| Trey Carter |
Athlete Trey Carter (5-7, 160, 4.45/forty), RB’s Darius Joseph (5-9, 230), and Antoine Adams (5-10, 220) are also being recruited but are sleepers who will probably sign late in recruiting. I love watching Adams and Joseph run the football. At times they look more like Running backs than Fullbacks, because both of these young men can get outside and break runs down the field. Carter has blazing speed for the next level as a Slot WR or as a CB.
