December 30, 2010 - Defensive Tackle DeQuinton Caster from Woodlawn High School in Baton Rouge is getting interest from schools around the state. Southeastern, McNeese, Grambling, and Southern are interested and have visited. Caster is 6-0, 285 pounds, and in the weight room he benches 325, squats 425, and cleans 225. Caster does well in the classroom with a 3.0 GPA and a 19 on the ACT. I asked Caster what his stats were this past season he said,"I had 40 solo tackles, 3 sacks, and 1 interception."
