December 22, 2010 - Kicker/Punter Mark Minton from Barbe High School is just coming off a great senior season. Minton is 6-2, 165 pounds, and in the weight room he benches 185 and squats 315. Minton made All-District for kicking and punting this season and is awaiting the All-State results which will be released on Christmas. So far, the University of Central Arkansas, Mississippi State, Northwestern, Southeastern, and Texas A&M have visited, but no offers yet. Minton is planning to visit Central Arkansas in early January. As far as his top college choices Minton said, "That would probably be Central Arkansas, Mississippi State, Texas A&M, and Northwestern." In the classroom, Minton carries a 2.5 GPA.
