December 2, 2010 - RB Tyler Cain of West Monroe is a big time sleeper RB with tons of speed in a season of great Running Backs for Louisiana. Tyler has offers from Southeastern, ULM, Memphis, Tulane, and LA Tech. Tyler’s stats at this point are 1,502 yards rushing, 25 TDs, 2 TDs off of Punt Returns, and 300 yards as a WR with 5 TDs.
Tyler had an in home visit with Southeastern Tuesday night, and Thursday he has one with ULM of Monroe. Tyler recently played some CB in a close game against a really good Barbe High School team in the playoffs, and did pretty well. Tyler has 4.51 speed, and has big time quickness in the open field and it seems he’s never caught, when he breaks past the line.
Tyler has a 24 ACT, and a 3.66 GPA in the classroom. Tyler told me he’s wide open with his college choices and no one sticks out and no one leads.
